Medal Madness features 5K and 10K races on June 27, 2026, in Knoxville, Tennessee. Both events start at 8:30 AM near the Knoxville Parks & Recreation building. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the start. The 5K follows an out-and-back course twice for a total distance of 1.56 miles, while the 10K completes the same out-and-back route four times for 3.12 miles. All participants must pre-register through RunSignup; on-site registration is not available. The course has a 2-hour time limit.
