The race.
Medal Madness features 5K and 10K distances on May 30, 2026, in Midlothian, VA. The race begins at 8:00 AM at Headstock next to Loch Lothian. Packet pickup occurs 30 minutes before the race start through 10 minutes before the 8:00 AM start. The out-and-back course is run twice for the 5K distance and four times for the 10K distance. All participants must register in advance via RunSignup; no on-site registration is available. The course has a 2-hour time limit.
