Panther Creek Challenge 2026

The race.

The Panther Creek Challenge takes place September 5, 2026, at Panther Creek State Park in Morristown, Tennessee, with three race distances: a 10-mile run, a 5-mile run, and a 1-mile kids race. The 10-mile and 5-mile races begin at 9:00 am, while the kids race starts at 8:30 am, all starting and finishing at The Overlook pavilion. Both longer courses follow single-track trails through the park's woods and around the lake, beginning with a steep descent from the overlook. Finishers receive limited-edition t-shirts. Aid and water stations are available on the course. Runners under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the longer races.
