The race.

The Raven Run 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run launches the St. Benedict German Festival on April 25, 2026, in Elberta, Alabama. The 1-mile fun run begins at 8:00 AM and the 3.1-mile 5K starts at 8:30 AM, both departing from and returning to St. Benedict Catholic School at 12786 Illinois Street. All finishers receive a medal, a Wetzel Pretzel ticket, and a drink ticket (beer and wine available for ages 21+). Water stations are positioned at the course turnaround point. Awards are given to overall winners and age category winners ranging from 6 and under through 70+. Online registration closes April 25; packet pickup occurs April 24 from 3:15–5:30 PM or race morning from 7:00–7:45 AM.
