The race.
Walk This Way is a 5K run/walk held September 12, 2026, in Foley, Alabama, benefiting local education. The race starts and finishes at Foley Heritage Park, with the course running through downtown Foley and along the Rose Trail. All registered participants receive an event t-shirt and entry to the Heritage Park block party following the race. Post-race festivities include live music from an 80s cover band, food from local trucks, and a BYOB lawn area.
