Run for Coffee Lovers 5K/10K/13.1 MEMPHIS 2026

The race.

Run for Coffee Lovers takes place in Memphis on July 25, 2026, offering four distances: 1 mile, 5K, 10K, and 13.1 miles. Participants can choose from three wave start times beginning at 7:30 AM, with a virtual run option also available. All ages and paces are welcome, with a guardian required for runners under 18. Registration is capped per wave and fills on a first-come, first-served basis. Finishers receive a running shirt (shipped to a US address), finisher's medal, finisher's towel or giveaway, digital training pack, online results, and a certificate of completion. Timing is optional—participants can self-track using an app or request coordinator assistance; no timing chips are used. Race bibs are provided on race day. First five finishers in each distance receive coffee. For every mile logged after the race, $1 is donated to partner charities.
