The race.
Run Ocean Isle Beach takes place October 24, 2026, in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina, and offers five race distances: a 13.1-mile half marathon, 6.2-mile, 5K, 3.1-mile, and 1-mile event. The half marathon course loops around much of the island. All finishers receive a tri-blend shirt and medal. This event is the final race in the 2026 BAM! Races series and marks the event's 13th annual running, hosted by Coastal Race Productions.
