About the race

The race.

Saving Grace 5K takes place June 6, 2026, in Knoxville, Tennessee at Victor Ashe Park, featuring 5K, 10K, and 1-mile run/walk options. The in-person course starts near the main pavilion and follows paved greenway paths toward an elementary school before returning on the same route; 10K runners complete two loops. Packet pickup is available Friday evening (6–9 p.m.) at Salsaritas, 10919 Parkside Drive, or race morning (6:45 a.m.) at the pavilion. All 5K and 10K finishers receive a race t-shirt and medal; register by May 25 to guarantee shirt size. Awards go to the top three male and female finishers in each distance, plus top individual finishers per gender in age groups spanning 10-year increments. The 1-mile event awards fastest boy and girl finishers. A virtual 5K option is available for those unable to attend in person. Proceeds benefit Saving Grace Women's Home of Tennessee, supporting residential rehabilitation services.
