The race.
The Sloth Run offers 5K and 10K distances on June 20, 2026, in Chicago, Illinois, organized by The Best Races. Participants choose from four wave start times beginning at 7:30 a.m., with coordinators available for three hours after the first wave. Registration includes a technical running t-shirt (shipped to your U.S. address), finisher's medal, finisher's towel or giveaway item, digital training pack, and online certificate of completion. Race bibs are distributed on race day; timing is optional and can be tracked via personal apps or with coordinator assistance. A virtual run option is also available for those unable to attend in person.
