Sweat Your Claws Off June Challenge 2026

Here is how it works: Register for the challenge any time from now until June1st. Log your run or walk every day for the month of June.

The SYCO's who finish both Challenges will get both Shirts with names and their mileage on the back and a SYCO prize pack.

We are offering 5 different levels for you to challenge yourself this June.

These are the levels for the Walk /Run Challenge

Sun Kissed Level: Run or walk at least 1 mile every day. Stupendous Starfish Level: Complete the Sun Kissed AND log at least 55 miles in June. Porpoise-ly Pushing It Level: Complete the Sun Kissed AND log at least 80 miles in June. Holy Mackerel: Complete the Sun Kissed AND log at least 115 miles in June. Rock Lobster Level: Complete the Sun Kissed AND log at least 150 miles in June.

These are the levels for the Cycling Challenge

Sun Kissed Level: Cycle at least 3 miles every day. Stupendous Starfish Level: Complete the Sun Kissed AND log at least 119 miles in June. Porpoise-ly Pushing It Level: Complete the Sun Kissed AND log at least 147 miles in June. Holy Mackerel: Complete the Sun Kissed AND log at least 201miles in June. Rock Lobster Level: Complete the Sun Kissed AND log at least 276 miles in June.

(You do not need to do the Sun Kissed level plus the other levels it is a cumulative total. So you have walked/run the 1 mile per day (3 Miles per day for the Cycling) and you have logged another 25 miles on top of that you would be Stupendous Starfish Level).

Log Your Activity: You’ll have 5 days to log each run/walk/cycling on RunSignUp. You can manually input your data in the results tab. The final miles need to be input by noon July 4th, 2026. I will do the levels that day and have the final tallies up by 7pm. Make sure when logging miles you go out two decimal points. (i.e. 2.56 )
