The race.
The TEF Tenafly 5K Run and Dog Walk takes place on Sunday, June 7, 2026, in Tenafly, NJ. The USATF-sanctioned 5K run is accompanied by a dog parade on the same course, with additional events including a 1-mile fun run for all ages and Tiger Cub races for children 6 and under. All registered participants receive a t-shirt and tote bag; finishers receive a medal. The event features a Family Health & Fitness Fair with refreshments and activities. All proceeds benefit the Tenafly Educational Foundation, a nonprofit that funds teacher-initiated programs in Tenafly public schools.
