The race.

On November 28, 2026, the Thanksgiving Gobble Trot offers 5K, 10K, half-marathon, and 1-mile distances in Sacramento, CA. Participants can choose from four wave start times beginning at 7:30 AM, with waves filling on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration includes a race bib provided on race day, a technical running shirt shipped to your address, a finisher's medal, a finisher's towel or giveaway item, a digital training pack, and an online certificate of completion. Timing is optional and can be tracked via personal apps or with coordinator assistance. Virtual participation is available as an alternative. Packet pickup is eliminated—all swag ships directly to your registered US address before race day.
