The race.

The Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk takes place in McMinnville, Tennessee on June 6, 2026. Participants can run or walk the 5K distance, and a Senior Walk option is also available. A Middle Tennessee Senior Walk is offered for those preferring a walking option. Race bibs must be worn on the front of your outermost garment. Water stations will be provided along the course and at the finish line. Finisher shirts are available for early registrants; same-day registration is permitted but shirt availability and sizes are not guaranteed. The event supports the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, which honors first responders and military personnel.
