The race.
The Wessagusset 5K Run/Walk takes place May 31, 2026, at O'Sullivan Field in Weymouth, MA, featuring a 5K run/walk starting at 9:00 AM and a Kids Fun Run at 8:30 AM. Registration fees are $30 for the 5K ($35–$40 depending on timing) and $15 for the Kids Fun Run, with a family rate of $75 for four or more. The first 200 registered participants receive t-shirts if registered by April 30. Check-in opens at 8:00 AM race day, with early bib pickup available May 30 from 3–5 PM at 285 River Street, N. Weymouth. All participants receive numbered bibs with timing chips. Proceeds benefit educational programs and enrichment opportunities for Wessagusset School students. A post-race celebration with food, drinks, and family activities follows the 5K.
