Wipe Out Colorectal Cancer 5K Run/Walk takes place March 21, 2026, in Salisbury, NC. The 5K starts at 9:00 a.m. at Overton Elementary (1825 West Park Drive), with race-day registration from 8:00 to 8:45 a.m. A separate fun run for children 8 and under begins at 10:30 a.m. at Rowan Diagnostic Clinic (611 Mocksville Avenue). All finishers receive awards and guaranteed shirts; age group awards are available for males and females in eight categories (11 & under through 70 & over), plus top-three overall winners. The 5K entry fee is $30 for preregistration (through March 20) or $35 on race day; the fun run is free. After the race, participants enjoy coffee, donuts, and food at the clinic. Event proceeds support free colonoscopies for Rowan County residents through the Community Care Clinic of Rowan.
