Understand your earnings dashboard, your payout status, and what is still pending.

Your earnings at a glance
Your earnings dashboard shows what you have earned and the transfers PodiumBase has issued through Stripe. Timing depends on your configured payout schedule, any applicable minimum or hold, Stripe, and your bank. The payout history confirms issued transfers; bank settlement occurs afterward.
What the numbers mean
- Lifetime earnings: everything you have earned so far.
- Issued in the last 7 days: payouts PodiumBase issued through Stripe during the rolling period.
- Accrued earnings: what is accruing toward a future payout.
- Pending payout: earnings queued for future issuance under the applicable schedule and release checks.
Below these you will find your payouts history and any pending bookings, which are shoots you are confirmed for but have not shot yet.
Tax documents
The dashboard has a place for your tax documents. Automated tax form generation is still being finished, so if you need a document before it is available, ask in the chat and a teammate can help.
