Setting up Stripe payouts

Connect Stripe

During photographer onboarding, click Set up payouts on Stripe to open Stripe directly. You can also finish onboarding first and connect later from your payout settings. When you finish Stripe setup, you return to PodiumBase and your status updates to show payouts are enabled, usually within a minute.

Set this up early. Your photos can sell before payouts are connected, but earnings expire 180 days after they accrue, so connecting before your first sale means nothing is lost.

When payouts arrive

PodiumBase makes eligible earnings available according to the payout schedule configured for your account; the cadence can vary. After a payout is issued through Stripe, bank settlement commonly takes additional business days and holidays can add time. Your payout history lists transfers PodiumBase has issued; it does not represent later bank settlement.

Your payout settings also show your current earnings balance and a link to a full breakdown, plus a status that confirms your connection is healthy.
