The race.
The 2025 Ranger Ruck takes place on September 12, 2026, in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Participants can ruck, run, or walk a 6.2-mile course that begins at UWSP Marshfield Clinic Champions Hall and passes through Schmeeckle Reserve. Rucking competitors carry a 35-pound weighted pack. The top three finishers in the ruck category and the top three in the run/walk category receive prizes. All participants receive an event t-shirt and goody bag at packet pickup, followed by a vendor fair. Proceeds benefit Army ROTC cadets competing in the Army Ten Miler in Washington DC.
