About the race

The race.

The Lehigh Valley Road Runners hosts a free kids running event on May 16, 2026, in Lehigh Parkway at the LVRR Clubhouse in Allentown, PA. Children ages 3–14 compete in age-group races ranging from 1/8 mile (ages 3–4) to 2 miles (ages 13–14). Online registration is required and closes the Wednesday before race day; no race day registration is available. All participants receive water and a snack. The event runs rain or shine, with cancellation information posted by 7:30 AM on race day via the LVRR website, Facebook, and email to registered participants.
