5K FOR LIFE 2026

The race.

The 5K For Life is a 3.1-mile race held on June 20, 2026, at Epic Central in Grand Prairie, Texas, beginning at 8:00 a.m. The event supports the Pregnancy Resource Center of Grand Prairie, a nonprofit organization providing free resources and assistance to families facing unexpected pregnancies. Packet pickup occurs at Epic Central from 7:00 to 7:45 a.m. on race day. The first 200 registrants receive a party bag, and all participants who register by the April 1 t-shirt cutoff receive a finisher shirt. Awards are given to overall male and female winners and to top three finishers in age groups spanning 10–19 through 70+. Volunteers are needed for aid stations and course monitoring.
