The 8 Hours of Brown County takes place June 20, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Brown County State Park in Nashville, Indiana, with start and finish at the Recreation Center near Rally Camp 1. Participants run, walk, or hike a 6-mile single-track main loop or a 3-mile short loop as many times as desired during the 8-hour window. Course support includes staffed aid stations at the start/finish and a fill-up station approximately 2 miles into the main loop. Indiana Trail Running Association members run free; non-members pay $30. Optional camping is available Friday evening through Sunday noon; members camp free with advance registration, non-members pay $20 to the park. Special "Garmin Challenge" awards go to male and female participants recording the most mileage on GPS watches. Proceeds benefit the Indiana Trail Running Association.
