The race.
ASHFoundation's 7th Annual Virtual Walk/Run takes place September 23–27, 2026, in Rockville, MD. Participants can choose between a 5K Weekend option or an 80K Challenge spread over 8 days. The event is virtual, allowing runners and walkers to participate from anywhere. All registered participants receive a free race T-shirt. Proceeds support the American Speech-Language-Hearing Foundation's work in communication sciences and disorders research and scholarship.
