Join the American Speech-Language-Hearing Foundation (ASHFoundation) on September 25–27 for the 7th Annual Virtual Walk/Run —now part of an expanded celebration for our 80th anniversary. Take part in our featured 5K Weekend or go the distance with our new 80K Challenge over 8 days, all inspired by 80 years of impact. Run the Legacy. Fund the Future. Every step you take fuels innovation in communication sciences and disorders.

For 80 years, the ASHFoundation has led the way in advancing communication and connection through research and scholarship. We support innovators, spark discovery, and empower speech, language, and hearing professionals to transform lives.

Participate from anywhere—whether you complete a 5K during race weekend or spread your miles across the 80K challenge. Plus, all registered participants receive a free 5K race T-shirt.
