The race.

Blossom to Bottle 5K Run & 3K Walk takes place on April 11, 2026, at Johnson's Orchard in Bedford, VA. The 5K race starts at 5:30 p.m., with chip timing provided by Riverside Runners. Registration opens February 2nd with tiered pricing: $25–$35 for the 5K and $20–$30 for the 3K depending on registration date. Pre-race packet pickup is available April 10th at the Bedford YMCA from noon to 6 p.m., or race morning from 4:00–5:15 p.m. at the venue. The 5K course includes off-road terrain through apple fields, gravel sections, and stream crossings. Awards for the 5K include overall male and female first-place finishes and engraved medals for the top three finishers in each of 13 age divisions. Participants receive t-shirts with registration (guaranteed through March 20th) and access to post-race amenities including wine samples, s'mores, and charcuterie boxes.
