The race.
The Carrollton Parks & Recreation Kids TRYathlon on June 13, 2026, in Carrollton, GA, is a youth triathlon for ages 6–12 divided into three age groups. Participants swim 50–200 yards at the Lakeshore Natatorium, bike 0.5–2 miles on the GreenBelt bike path, and run 400 meters to 1 mile on the track. The event begins with check-in at 7:00 AM and a mandatory safety briefing at 7:45 AM, with staggered starts for each age group between 8:00 and 8:30 AM. All registered participants receive guaranteed shirts if registered by May 28th. Training wheels are permitted for biking, and parent participation is encouraged during transitions and the bike portion.
