The race.
Chester Rotary Club hosts its 48th annual Four on the Fourth on July 4, 2026, starting at 9 a.m. in Chester, Connecticut. The 4-mile course loops through the village and is USATF sanctioned with timing provided by Super Race Systems. Registration opens March 1 through RunSignup.com, with adult entry fees of $35 through May 31 and $40 from June 1 through race day; children 16 and under pay a flat $15 fee. Team and individual awards are presented to finishers. Proceeds benefit local charities and nonprofit organizations selected by Chester Rotary.
