The race.

The Chupacabras Virtual Race 2026, part of the Cryptid Quest Series, takes place virtually and can be completed between September 1 and December 31, 2026. Participants can choose from five distance options: 1 mile, 5K, 10K, half marathon (13.1 miles), or marathon (26.2 miles), completing their chosen distance at any location and time during the window. Registration includes an official finisher medal, race bib, and shipping to U.S. addresses. Fifteen percent of registration fees are donated to a charitable organization supporting public lands preservation, wildlife habitats, and educational outdoor programs. Medals ship beginning in August 2026.
