About the race
The race.
The Creation Care 5K is a virtual race held between September 1 and 30, 2026, allowing participants to run, walk, or roll the 5K distance anywhere. All participants receive a Kairos Call to Action T-shirt included in race packets mailed starting in early August. Participants are encouraged to submit results and photos by September 27 and share on social media using #CreationCareRun. All proceeds support seed grants to Wisconsin congregations for creation care projects including solar installations, energy efficiency improvements, and pollinator gardens.
