The race.
The Crystal Coast Indoor Triathlon takes place at The "GYM" Cape Carteret Aquatic & Wellness facility in Cape Carteret, NC. Participants complete three 20-minute segments: a swim in the indoor pool, an indoor cycling class, and a run on Cybex treadmills. Waves of up to 8 participants begin at 8:00 am, with athletes choosing their preferred wave during registration. Early registration receives discounted rates, with prices increasing incrementally as the event date approaches. Volunteers staff each station to provide direction and timing. Donations from the event support local high school swim teams.
