CUFFS & HOSES 5K/10K BLOCK PARTY 2026

The race.

The Cuffs & Hoses 5K/10K Block Party takes place September 19, 2026, in downtown Pikeville, Kentucky, with both races starting at 8:00 PM from the Mountain Top Media Stage on Main Street. Participants in the 5K run/walk or 10K run pay $35 per entry and receive a finisher medal, chip timing, finish line photos, a swag bag containing a drawstring tote, water bottle, and sunglasses (for those registering by August 28), and either a free beer token or activity ticket depending on age. The event benefits Christmas with a First Responder and Pike County community outreach programs supporting children and families. A block party runs from 4:00 PM with food trucks, vendors, family activities, and live music from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The race proceeds rain or shine through downtown Pikeville streets.
