The race.
The Free Boxing Foundation 5K takes place June 20, 2026, at Live Oaks Park in Port Royal, SC, with an 8:00 AM event start and 8:30 AM race start. The 5K course is USATF-certified and follows a coastal route. All finishers receive medals and participate in the Heavy Hitter Award punching station to compete for top power score. Registration includes race entry, finisher experience with eligibility for awards, and an optional event t-shirt.
