The race.
Girls on the Run Spring 5K takes place on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 8:00 am in Sparta, NJ at the Elks Club (6 West Shore Trail). Participants can choose from a 5K, 3.1-mile, or 8-mile distance. Packet pickup occurs Friday, May 15 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, or Saturday morning from 6:45 am to 7:45 am at the race site. Race shirts are provided while supplies last; registration by April 3 guarantees a shirt size. Entry fees are $35 for pre-registration through April 10, $38 from April 11 through May 13, and $40 from May 14 onward, including same-day registration. Race fees are non-refundable.
