Heroes for the House is a 5K run/walk held June 20, 2026, in Indianapolis, IN, marking the event's 20th anniversary. The course runs along the Indianapolis Downtown Canal. Packet pickup and same-day registration occur from 7:00 AM to 8:20 AM at the NCAA Hall of Champions. Cash prizes are awarded to the top three male and female finishers, with additional age group awards. A Rookie Run follows the main 5K event, and kids' games and activities are available. Event proceeds benefit families staying at the Ronald McDonald House, with over $335,000 donated to date. Participants can contribute items from the Ronald McDonald House wish list at a donation truck near the starting line.
