About the race
The race.
The Jersey Shore Running Club hosts a picnic gathering at Monmouth Park Racetrack in Oceanport on August 23, 2026, with gates opening at 11:30 AM. Attendees meet in Grandstand Picnic Area #2 along the backstretch. Admission costs $15 for active RunSignup members and $20 for guests and non-members; children under 12 are free. The ticket price includes grandstand access, a program, and food served after 12:30 PM featuring soda, beer, wine, hot dogs, burgers, ribs, and salads. The facility offers a video arcade, miniature golf course, and playground. Coolers and bring-your-own items must enter through the Picnic Gate, and hard alcohol is not permitted.
