Juneteenth GVL Wellness Celebration : 5K Race/Walk and Wellness Event This is more than a race. This is movement with meaning.

And this year makes 5! 5 years of impact. 5 years of showing up. 5 years of moving with purpose as a community.

Whether you are a seasoned runner, a casual walker, pushing a stroller, getting off the couch, or just ready to move your body, this experience was created with you in mind.

What to Expect We are bringing the energy all morning with options for everybody:

5K Run/Walk Free Youth Fitness Sessions Dance Your Pounds Off with celebrity instructor Dwight Holt Jr.

Pick your lane or do it all. Either way, you are in the right place!

5K Run/Walk Start Time: 7:00 AM Location: Blues Jazz Boulevard 300 River St. Greenville, SC 29601 Across from the Peace Center Outdoor Stage

The race will start and finish here, with most of the route taking place along the scenic Swamp Rabbit Trail.

Run it. Walk it. Push the stroller. No pressure. Just move.

Youth Fitness Sessions (FREE) Ages 5–11 | 9:00 AM Ages 12–18 | 10:00 AM These sessions are all about getting our youth active, engaged, and confident in a fun, supportive environment.

Now listen… this is where it turns into a whole situation.

We are bringing in celebrity fitness instructor Dwight Holt Jr., founder of the high-energy Dance Your Pounds Off movement. And no, this is not your average workout.

This is music up, sweat flowing, crowd moving, good energy everywhere. Dwight knows how to pull people in and keep it fun, so even if you came just to watch… you are probably leaving out there dancing.

So yes, come cute. But more importantly, come ready. Because DYPO is going to be a whole vibe!

5K only Dance Your Pounds Off only Both the 5K and Dance session All youth sessions are FREE, but registration is required for all youth participants.

What You Get All registered participants (Race and DYPO) will receive a commemorative race T-shirt!
