The race.
Lutheran Counseling Services hosts the We Care 5K on October 10, 2026, in Longwood, Florida, starting at 8:30 a.m. from St. Stephen's church. The 5K course follows portions of the Seminole Trail before returning to the starting location. The event welcomes runners and walkers of all ages and ability levels, with virtual participation available. Registration is $30 for individuals or $125 for teams of five, with virtual participation also $30. Post-race amenities include a snack bag and a comfort dog. Proceeds benefit Lutheran Counseling Services' mental health counseling programs in Central Florida.
