The 5K follows a 1.56-mile out-and-back course run once; the 10K covers the same course twice. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before start time, with registration required through RunSignup and no on-site registration available. Parking is available at Appomattox River Greenway Roslyn Landing with limited spaces. The race has a 3 hour 30 minute time limit. All runners receive medals.
