The race.

Medal Madness offers 5K, 10K, 13.1-mile, 1-mile, and 15K distances on June 27, 2026, in Montgomery, AL, with an 8:00 AM start time. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the start; all participants must register in advance on RunSignup with no on-site registration available. The 5K and 10K courses use an out-and-back loop of 0.78 miles, with the 5K completing two loops and the 10K four loops. The half marathon follows a 1.09-mile out-and-back loop completed six times. The course time limit is 3 hours 30 minutes. Parking and restrooms are available near the start area at the central park parking lot.
