Medal Madness 5K, 10K, & 13.1M at Rocky Mount, NC (23) 2026

Medal Madness features five running distances in Rocky Mount, NC on June 6, 2026. The 5K, 10K, half marathon (13.1 miles), 1-mile, and 15K all begin at 8:30 AM. Packet pickup runs from 7:50 AM to 8:20 AM. The 5K and 10K share a 0.78-mile out-and-back loop, with the 5K completing two loops and the 10K four loops. The half marathon follows a 1.09-mile out-and-back loop six times. All participants must register in advance on RunSignup; no on-site registration is available. The course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
