Medal Madness 5K & 13.1M takes place June 20, 2026, in Wilmington, NC, with races starting at 8:00 AM. Participants may choose between a 5K or 13.1-mile half marathon, both following out-and-back routes. Packet pickup occurs 30 minutes before the race start and closes 10 minutes prior. Registration is available through RunSignup only; on-site registration is not offered. The course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes for all runners.
