The race.
The Move MGM COLOR Run 5K takes place on June 13, 2026, in Montgomery, Alabama, starting at 8 AM at Emory Folmar YMCA Soccer Complex. The 5K course loops around Buddy Watson Park, where participants encounter color stations throughout the route. Registration is free, and run shirts are available for the first 600 registrants. Shirt pickup is offered on Friday, June 12, from 2 to 5 PM, or on race day starting at 7 AM. The event supports the Heart of Alabama Food Bank through participant donations. Day-of activities include warm-up exercises at 7:30 AM before the 8 AM start.
