The race.
The Old Highway 5K Run/Walk takes place on October 3, 2026, in Tavernier, Florida, starting and finishing at Coral Shores High School. Participants can run or walk the 5K course on Old Highway. Race shirts and medals go to the first 200 registered participants. Awards are presented to the overall top three male and female finishers, overall masters categories, and top three finishers in age groups ranging from under 6 through 80+. Fifty percent of race proceeds benefit Coral Shores High School. Following the race, participants receive snacks and refreshments.
