Owego Strawberry Festival - Rock & Run 5K 2026

The race.

The Owego Strawberry Festival Rock & Run 5K takes place Thursday, June 18, 2026, at Hickories Park in Owego, NY. Bib pickup and kids' run registration open at 4:30 p.m. at the bandstand area. The kids' fun run for ages 12 and under begins at 5:15 p.m. and requires parent registration and signature. The 5K race starts at 6:00 p.m. All 5K participants receive a 2026 Strawberry Festival race medal, and fun run participants receive a numbered bib and medal. Discounted t-shirts are available for those who register in advance, with additional shirts available for purchase at race-day pricing. Following the race, music and festivities continue until 8:00 p.m., featuring live music, vendors, ice cream, and food trucks.
