The race.
Race for Kids 2026 takes place on June 20 in Cleveland, OH, featuring a 3.1-mile run beginning at 8:30 A.M. and a 1-mile walk starting at 8:45 A.M. Registration opens at 7:30 A.M., with an awards ceremony at 9:30 A.M. In-person participants receive a race shirt and free zoo entry for the day. Virtual participation is available June 14–20, with participants completing their chosen distance remotely and receiving a shirt by mail. Proceeds benefit youth programs for ages 6–18 in Northeast Ohio. Family discounts are available for multi-person 1-mile registrations.
