Ruck and Roll 2026

The race.

Ruck and Roll is a timed endurance event held November 14, 2026, in Sidney, Ohio. Participants carry a weighted pack throughout the race, with a 5-hour time limit. All runners may be on the course simultaneously, and teams combine their total mileage rather than competing as a relay. Each participant must start their final lap by the 4-hour mark and finish it within 5 hours for the distance to count.
