Session 2 Swimming offers triathlon-specific swim training for ages 18 and up at the heated outdoor Old Farm Pool in Rockville, Maryland. Classes run Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 5:30 a.m. to 7 a.m. during the June through August session. The program focuses on freestyle technique while building volume and intensity, with instruction in open water skills designed to prepare participants for short or long course open water swimming events.
