About the race
The race.
The Smyrna Splash & Dash is a youth triathlon for ages 6–15 held June 27, 2026, in Smyrna, Tennessee. The event begins at 7:00 a.m. with a swim in Splash Town pool followed by a run through Lee Victory Park to the Smyrna Outdoor Adventure Center. Age groups compete in different distances: ages 6–10 swim 60 yards and run 1 mile; ages 11–12 swim 120 yards and run 1 mile; ages 13–15 swim 120 yards and run 1.6 miles. Packet pickup and transition open at 6:00 a.m. All finishers receive a medal, t-shirt (guaranteed for those registering by June 16), refreshments, and a complimentary USA Triathlon annual youth membership. Results are officially timed. Participation is limited to 100 athletes.
