The race.

The Spa Running Festival Training Clinic runs from September 22 through November 12, 2026, meeting Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:45 pm at the Transportation Depot, 101 Broadway, Hot Springs, Arkansas. The free clinic prepares participants for the Spa Running Festival races on November 14, 2026, which include a 5K, 10K, and half marathon. Coaches offer instruction for beginner, intermediate, and advanced runners, with participants completing the same route but at different paces and distances based on their level. The program is sponsored by Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield. Registration is available online at www.sparunningfest.com.
