This 10-week training program runs from March 22 through May 30, 2026, designed for adults training for a 5K or 10K race. Coach-led group runs meet Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m., with Saturday long runs from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at rotating locations in the Triangle area. Sessions are held at Hunter Street Park, Apex Nature Park, Mills Park Middle School track, and Koka Booth/Symphony Lake Greenway. The $70 cost includes a 10-week training schedule, twice-weekly coached runs, email coach access, a training shirt, strength training plan, 20% discount at Pace Yourself Run Company, and 15% discount on merchandise from The Running PTs. Coach John Tate leads the program.
