Superhero Dash – 5K, 10K, 10M, and Half Marathon 2026

The race.

The Superhero Dash takes place on April 26, 2026, in Long Beach, CA, starting at Alamitos Beach (780 E Shoreline Dr.). Runners can choose from four distances: 5K, 10K, 15K, and half marathon, with the half marathon and 10-mile race beginning at 7:00am and the 5K and 10K at 7:30am. Bib pickup opens at 6:20am, and registration closes at 7:35am. The out-and-back courses use beach paths with marked turns and include water stations along the route plus a finish line aid station with water, electrolytes, gels, and fruit snacks. All finishers receive a race medal, with additional first-place medals awarded to the overall top male and female in each distance. Race results and photos are emailed the day after the event and shared on Instagram.
