The race.
The Tampa Bay BABES Triathlon takes place on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at North Beach in Fort De Soto Park, St. Petersburg, Florida. This women-only event offers three race formats: a Sprint Triathlon featuring a 400-yard swim, 9.5-mile bike, and 3.1-mile run; a Sprint Duathlon with a 1-mile run, 9.5-mile bike, and 3.1-mile run; and a Sprint Aquabike consisting of a 400-yard swim and 9.5-mile bike. Sprint and Aquabike races start at 7:15 AM, while the Duathlon starts at 7:20 AM. Early packet pickup is available Saturday, June 27 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Tierra Verde, with race-day pickup from 5:45 to 6:45 AM at North Beach (gates open at 5:30 AM).
